• Credentials: password is stored securely via your authentication system (not readable in plain text).
• Transaction data: token purchases, payment status (card details handled by Stripe).
• Usage & security: IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, abuse-prevention logs.
• User content: uploaded images submitted for OCR/search processing (processed to provide the Service).

3) How we use data

• Provide and secure the Service (authentication, fraud prevention, abuse monitoring).
• Process token purchases and billing via Stripe.
• Process uploaded images to generate search results.
• Maintain service reliability and debug issues.

4) Legal bases (GDPR-style)

• Contract: to provide your account and deliver purchased tokens/services.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service integrity.
• Consent: where required (e.g., non-essential cookies, if used).

5) Sharing and processors

We share data only as necessary to run the Service:

• Stripe (payment processing). We do not store full payment card details.
• Hosting/Infrastructure providers (to operate the website and databases).
• AI/OCR processing providers (if used) strictly to process images and return results as part of the Service.

6) Data retention

• Account data: kept while your account is active; deleted upon request where legally possible.
• Uploaded images: processed to provide results; not sold or used for ads; deleted after processing unless you explicitly choose a feature that requires saving them.
• Security logs: retained for a limited period for fraud/abuse prevention.

7) International users

If you access the Service from outside the Philippines, your data may be processed in locations where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data and work with reputable processors.
