Refund Policy
Effective date: January 30, 2026
Dramii sells digital tokens/credits that are delivered electronically.
1) Digital delivery
Tokens are typically credited immediately upon successful payment. Because tokens are digital and can be consumed instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or under the exceptions below.
2) When we may refund
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
- Payment captured but tokens not delivered (after verification)
- Unauthorized transactions proven to be fraudulent (subject to investigation and processor outcomes)
3) How to request a refund
Email info@dramii.com within 14 days of purchase with:
- Your account email
- Date and amount of purchase
- Reason for request
- Relevant screenshots/receipts (if available)
4) EU consumer note (if applicable)
If you are an EU consumer, you agree that delivery begins immediately upon purchase. Where applicable, the right of withdrawal may be lost once digital content/services are delivered and used.
5) Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds will be issued via Stripe back to the original payment method.
