Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dramii (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Operator

The Service is operated by (Individual) (“Operator”, “we”, “us”).

2) Service description

Dramii is an AI-powered search and indexing service. Users may submit images for analysis (e.g., OCR/search). The Service may reference or link to third-party content that is publicly available on external platforms.

3) No hosting / third-party content

Dramii does not host, store, or stream copyrighted videos. Any third-party content displayed or referenced remains the property of its respective owners. Availability and legality of third-party content is controlled by the external platform.

4) Accounts

• You may need an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not use the Service for illegal activities, abuse, or attempts to bypass restrictions.

5) Tokens, billing, and payments

Certain features may require tokens/credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe’s terms and privacy policies also apply to payment processing.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights.
• Upload unlawful content, malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Scrape, mass-download, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service without permission.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that harms availability or violates rate limits.

7) AI output disclaimer

AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

8) Intellectual property

The Service’s software, UI, and branding are owned by the Operator or licensors. You retain rights to your uploaded images; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for security reasons.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 3 months (if any).

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
